The moral victory is back for good.......I think??

'Trap' has us wired in.....

It's been literally one moral victory after the other for our fair nation lately with the Rugby guys warming up for the upcoming World Cup in New Zealand.  Four close losses over consecutive weekends in August sent us on our way to NZ but not before we had two spirited fightbacks against the French, a tight tussle against the English and a last minute heartbreaker against the Scots.

Not to be outdone the Football lads put on their own show over the previous week with two morale boosting 0 - 0 draws against quality opposition.  The first was a tame but spirited performance against Slovakia and then this morning / last night (depends which part of the world you're at) they pulled out all the stops to keep the Russians at bay making it seven (yes seven) clean sheets in a row for our national football team.

To cap off the draws for the football team Armenia went and thrashed Slovakia 4 -1 to give us a great chance to qualify for next years European Championships being held in Ukraine and Poland.  Thank you Armenia!!
